The slip feature allows you to cut up to 2 inches of rigid Copper, CPVC, and HDPE pipe and connect them back together using the tee to add the line to your system. Simply insert the slip coupling onto the pipe after you’ve cut out a section and use the Demount Clip to slide the fitting back to the other end of pipe which completes the connection.
