Note: Underground burial of SharkBite brass fittings requires that the fitting be wrapped using silicone wrap (25406-CASH-ACME). Used to join different size pipe together. Compatible with PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT and HDPE pipe in any combination and does not require soldering, gluing, crimping or the use of specialized tools for installation. Approved for underground and behind-the-wall applications with no access panels (wrapping required when burying underground).
